Overview
For this end-of-year social media campaign, I led the content coordination for a multi-post series highlighting the firm’s 2024 achievements and 2025 goals. I gathered key data about the firm’s milestones, initiatives, and growth from the past year, and collaborated with the marketing team to develop accompanying GIFs and videos that aligned with each post’s theme—from sustainability to innovation and community impact. After launch, I collected and analyzed performance metrics that demonstrated the campaign’s impact. The LinkedIn posts achieved an average engagement rate of 10.24%—far surpassing the industry benchmark of 1–2%—and drove a 40% increase in traffic to the year-in-review landing page, reinforcing the campaign’s effectiveness in both reach and audience engagement.
